As is true of most powerful current day software products, Captools/net is constantly evolving, both to fix user-reported bugs but to improve and extend its capabilities. Accordingly, updates to the Captools/net software are regularly posted on the Captools Company website, where they are available for download, either automatically via Captools/net “Scheduled Tasks” function or manually by your Captools/net system administrator.
Manual Update Check – The user initiated update check is triggered from Captools/net “Server Control Panel” program as shown below. If a more current version is available on the Captools website the Captools admin user can proceed to download and install it:
